I help clients manage challenges and gain insight by exploring the experience and origins of unhelpful patterns. I use resources from a variety of approaches to find tools that best support each individual’s healing and empowerment. I believe everyone has the power within them to make change and together we can develop strategies that foster resilience and nurture the future you want.

I am licensed as both an Alcohol and Drug Counselor and Clinical Mental Health Counselor. Over the past 10 years I have worked in schools K-12, community nonprofit agencies, and private organizations with children, adolescents, and adults doing individual counseling, team consultation, and presentations. I specialize in strengths based treatment, mindfulness, emotional regulation and making meaning.
